Xixi (Catherine) Li
Xixi Li is an interdisciplinary and self-taught artist specializing in 3D motions, concept and digital arts, and creative technologies, Her work include animation, motion designs, concept art, and interaction designs. Through storytelling and digital media, Xixi explores the intersection of psychological emotions and the physical world, exploring the connectedness of the unconscious and nature, and creating visual experiences that challenge perspectives of humanities, identity, environment, and reality. In 2024 produced her individual CG works Rebirth, The Unknown, and MIST, and in such a short span of time grew as a digital artist who specializes in 3D production. Prior to her artistic trajectory, Xixi has been working in the tech industry in top tech corporations including Meta, TikTok, and Ogilvy & Mather as product manager, product strategy and marketing professional specializing in advertising tech, creator economy, and creative technologies. She has also lectured at Columbia University and New York University as guest speakers to communications, media studies, and MBA majors. Xixi earned her Master of Science degree from Columbia University majoring in communications, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wuhan University majoring in Humanities and Literature with a minor in Advertising.
