Xixi (Catherine) Li

Xixi Li is an interdisciplinary  Design Researcher and artist, pursuing a Master of Design Engineering at Harvard. Her research area lies in the intersection of affective computing, HCI, and embodied intelligence, with the vision to advance human wellness and creativity through technologies. Her works include interactive installations, robotics, digital media, animation, fabrics and textiles. Through research and design practices, Xixi explores the boundaries of psychological cognition and the physical world, exploring the connectedness of the unconscious and nature, and creating visual experiences that challenge perspectives of humanities, identity, and environment. She has also lectured at Columbia University and New York University as guest speakers to communications, media studies, and MBA majors.
